How does FERREUM collect information from you?
FERREUM collects information from you when you send it to FERREUM directly by filling out forms on FERREUM'S Website (including any application you may make for Services or the Software), corresponding with FERREUM by e-mail, writing to FERREUM by post, or speaking to FERREUM by telephone. FERREUM also collects information from you when you browse the Website and use the Software, as set out in detail below. Some of the methods FERREUM uses to collect data are automated and will take effect automatically as you navigate the Website and/or use the Software.
What information does FERREUM collect?

If you communicate with FERREUM, FERREUM may collect information relating to that communication in accordance with the laws of Texas, whether it takes the form of e-mail, letter, telephone, posting, testimonials or any other form of communication between you and FERREUM or submitted by you to the Website (collectively, "User Communications").
If you use one of FERREUM's software products or Services such as Web Hosting, Application Hosting, Consultation or Custom Applications, FERREUM may collect certain information in conducting your business Software and Services offering. This information includes without limitation: (a) the licensed or unlicensed status of software; (b) the source from which the license for the software was obtained (i.e., FERREUM or a FERREUM affiliate); or (c) information about who is using the services (i) the public IP address, (ii) the operating system and (iii) and how you are using the software).

What information does FERREUM collect if you're under the age of 18?
FERREUM does not knowingly collect Personal Information about children under the age of 18. If FERREUM becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected Personal Information about children under the age of 18, it will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible, except where FERREUM is required by applicable law to keep it.
How does FERREUM use and store the information it collects?
As a general matter, FERREUM may use the Personal Information you disclose to FERREUM to improve and provide the Website, the Services and FERREUM's other products and services, and for the specific purpose that you gave FERREUM your Personal Information. Based on what you have told FERREUM, FERREUM will try to ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date.
