GFIbaseball.com is unique, as you'll see when you visit their site, for two very important reasons. First of all, they had no website at all. And secondly, they wanted a site that was so dynamic it made you feel you were watching a live event.
There are times when the typical site will not do. No, something different is in order. This was the case with GFI Baseball. GFI was founded by an ex-pro ball player. He wanted to make sure that when someone visited his site, they would get a feel for what it was like to play in the major leagues.
He also, of course, wanted to highlight his ability to play ball.
We thought about his site long and hard. What we came up with was a site that would make you feel you were actually watching an event. The excitement of playing ball would now come through loud and clear when you visited his site.
What we did was highlight the Flash animation to give the site a feeling of being alive and truly interactive. We then peppered the Flash site with video highlight clips of his career. The final touch we added to the site was a gallery of photos he collected over the years as a player.
We've been told by many people that this is their favorite site. This type of site may or may not be appropriate for your company. What we do know is that we can meet or exceed your technology needs.
