The internet continues to demonstrate that multimedia content is growing and getting better every day.
Fora.tv is using the power of multimedia to prove that "The World Is Thinking."
Fora.tv is a multimedia website that models itself clearly after traditional television. It has some of the best online videos concerning politics and culture to be found anywhere. Even
YouTube,
with all of it's content, would have a hard time having such a strong
collection of cultural multimedia so easily accessible as
Fora.tv has made available.
Here
you can find authors talking about their books, debates concerning 911
and the existence of God, and even the assisination of JFK, to name
just a few of the topics available.
The video is unedited, which is great!
Fora.tv's view is that you should be able to see the raw footage of the discussions, much the same as you would if you turned on
C-Span.
A
nice feature of the video is that they have divided the talks into
chapters. If you are watching a video, you can click on a particular
topic, shown on the right, and the video will take you directly to that
section of the video. It's basically a fast forward button for online
media.
Fora.tv is a
great website, deserving of patronage. It's making the vision of the
internet as an easy way to access great information a reality. Maybe
the world is thinking.
